The Working Food community kitchen is designed to support a variety of culinary business operations. We serve the needs of chefs, caterers, food truck operators, food processors, and more! Our setup includes cold and dry storage and commissary services for mobile food vendors.

COST
Fees for using Working Food commercial kitchen facilities and services are set to maximize access and opportunity for kitchen partners. We keep costs as low as possible to help new and growing culinary entrepreneurs thrive! Kitchen usage rates average $16 per hour; rates vary according to which facilities and services are used. Facilities for Food Trucks

We provide space and amenities needed for successful food truck operations. The kitchen location at 219 NW 10th Avenue – across from Cypress and Grove brewery and Grove Street Farmers Market, and one block from Main Street —  allows convenient, easy access at the center of town. Our commissary memberships are designed to help mobile culinary entrepreneurs run their businesses smoothly, efficiently, and affordably.
