Our newest entrepreneur is expanding the pie family with delicious creations of all shapes and sizes, like PieHoles, Puffins, and Slab Pies. Flavors run the gamut too. You know things are serious when pie is offered in categories! Vintage. Classic Pies Updated. Showstoppers. Thinkin’ of taking a Mince Pie to gramma’s; a Key Lime to the BBQ at the neighbors; and a Margarita Pie for… well, honestly, I just think I need one.
PiesAbilities prefers to use locally-sourced ingredients and all of their fruit pies are vegan. With advance notice they can accommodate gluten-free diets as well.
So, you already see that this is not your average pie purveyor. But there’s more. Just as solid as their inspired recipes is PiesAbilities’ commitment to promote diversity and inclusion in and around Gainesville. Their strategy to bring into play more of our community’s talent includes offering training, internships, and employment to adults with disabilities.
