Our 1,100 square-foot kitchen opened in January 2019 to promote a professional culture and work environment based on respect and community.

Commissary for Food Trucks

We provide space and amenities needed for successful food truck operations. The kitchen location at 219 NW 10th Avenue – across from Cypress and Grove brewery and Grove Street Farmers Market, and one block from Main Street —  allows convenient, easy access at the center of town. Our commissary memberships are designed to help mobile culinary entrepreneurs run their businesses smoothly, efficiently, and affordably.
